"Save your time and compare prices first"
I checked out Cardhaus hoping the prices would be better, but most of the stuff I was looking for was cheaper on other sites. Once shipping was added, it really didn’t make much sense. Save your time and compare elsewhere before ordering, because it just wasn’t competitive enough for me. I probably won’t bother checking next time.

I checked out cardhaus.com hoping to browse around for some games and card stuff, but the selection felt thin. A bunch of things I was looking for either weren’t there at all or only had a couple options, so it was kind of a letdown.
What also annoyed me was the constant reminders and prompts, which felt a little too pushy when I hadn’t even found anything worth buying yet. Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly what you need, but for just browsing, I ended up leaving empty-handed

"shipping Cost was kinda ridiculous"
The shipping cost felt way too high. i was ready to order, but then the total jumped up and it just seemed a bit much.

I had a frustrating experience with support. It took them days to get back to me, and I had to follow up twice just to get a response. What made it more annoying was that it never felt clear who was actually responsible for helping me, so I kept feeling like my issue was just getting passed around or ignored.

"Late order, wrong cards, and still not fully fixed"
My order ended up getting here later than I expected, which was already frustrating, but then when I finally opened everything up, it still wasn’t even correct. I was missing two of the cards I ordered, and another one was the wrong version, so it kind of felt like the whole order hadn’t really been checked very carefully before it was sent out. I reached out to support hoping it would be handled quickly, but it took way longer than it should have just to get an actual helpful response. At this point, the whole experience was more hassle than it was worth, and I don’t see myself ordering from Cardhaus again.

"Box was kind of a letdown"
The cards themselves seem totally fine, which is the main thing, I guess. But the box showed up crushed, and there was barely any padding inside. I’m not saying it definitely would’ve damaged the cards, but it really didn’t feel packaged very securely
